  • Trinity Fall Student-Athletes Earn NESCAC All-Academic Honors

    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College winter athletic teams placed 44 student-athletes on the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) 2018 Fall All-Academic Team.  To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale. Transfers must have completed one year of study at the institution.

    Hartford, Conn. - Junior Peace Kabari (Manchester, N.H.) had 14 points, six assists, and four steals to lead the Trinity College Bantams to an 80-50 win over the visiting Mitchell College Mariners in the opening game of the Trinity College Women's Basketball Tip-Off Tournament this evening at Oosting Gymnasium.

    South Hadley, Mass. - Senior co-captain Sarah Vimini (Easton, Conn.) was consistent through the weekend, firing an 80 on Saturday and an 8-1 today to tie for 21st on the leaderboard, as the Trinity College Bantams finished in 15th place in the Mount Holyoke College Women's Golf Invitational after round one this weekend at The Orchards Golf Course.

    Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College women's golf team has announced the hiring of Jackie Beck as the team's new swing coach for the upcoming 2018-19 season. The Bantams, coached by Brittany Grimm (1st season), recently became the 14th Division III school in New England and first Division III school in Connecticut to sponsor the sport, and begin their innaugural season on Saturday, September 8, at the Bowdoin Invitational.

    Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College women's golf team, led by Head Coach Brittany Grimm (1st season), has announced the fall schedule for its inaugural season in 2018-19. Trinity announced the addition of women's golf to its list of varsity sports beginning in the fall of 2018 in February, giving the College 30 varsity sport and 15 women’s varsity sports.
