Trinity's Allie Barrett Tabbed as NESCAC And IWLCA Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

Hartford, Conn. - Trinity College women's lacrosse senior tri-captain Allie Barrett (Concord, Mass.) was named as both the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Player of the Week and the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III National Offensive Player of the Week. Barrett totaled five goals, two assists, seven ground balls, 10 draw controls, and four caused turnovers in two wins for the Bantams last week. In a 15-6 win against Stevens, Barrett had two goals, including the game-winner, an assist, and team-highs of five ground balls, four draw controls, and three caused turnovers. She added three goals and one assist with two ground balls, six draw controls, and one caused turnover in a 15-10 win at Williams. The IWLCA award was announced on IWLCA Weekly presented by ILWomen.
