Trinity, Conn. – Senior Andres Vargas (Bogota,
Colombia) controlled the No. 3 match with an 11-2, 11-0,
11-4 victory to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 9-0 win over
the visiting Bowdoin College Polar Bears in men's squash
action this afternoon. The Bantams did not lose a
single game all afternoon. Trinity is 2-0 and the 12-time
defending College Squash Association (CSA) National Champion
Bantams have the longest winning streak in the history of
intercollegiate varsity sports with 226 consecutive triumphs.
Bowdoin falls to 1-2 on the season.
