Trinity College

The Trinity College Athletic Communications office promotes and publicizes, on both a national and international level, each of the Trinity's 30 intercollegiate NCAA Division III varsity sports that compete in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) and the College Squash Association (CSA). The primary responsibility of the Office of Athletic Communications is to disseminate information to members of the print, broadcast and electronic media, as well as institutions that the Bantams compete against. Among Trinity's Athletic Communications many varied duties are press/media relations, editorial releases, game recaps and feature stories, game and special event programs, newsletters, social media, photography and videography, statistical maintenance and record keeping, web-content management and collaborative work the College's Office of Communications and Marketing.

If you are an incoming or current student-athlete at Trinity, we ask that you please fill out the following questionnaire in its entirety upon or your arrival to campus, and again if you request any specific changes your tenure at the College. You can be as detailed or non-detailed as you want, however, the more information you provide, the more we can put in your bio and highlight your career as a Bantam. We do aks that first-year and returning student-athletes fill out the form before the beginning of each academic year, as information may have been changed or is in need of updating. Logo Usage Policy
There are officially recognized logos for Trinity College Athletics, and those are available upon request. Use of the Trinity Athletics logo/wordmark is only granted through the Athletics Department. Trinity's CMYK, RGB and HTML colors are also listed below. For more information, please check out our Branding Guidelines.

Media Credentials
Because seating is limited in press boxes, print media members are advised to request seating at least 48 hours in advance of the athletic conference to attend. Radio and television stations are advised to contact the Office of Athletic Communications at least 72 hours in advance of the athletic event to reserve seating. Since there is limited space available for electronic media, special accommodations may be required.

Interview Policy
All interviews should be coordinated through the Office of Athletic Communications. Student-athletes and coaches are available to media throughout the week, but please allow at least 24 hours notice. Post-game interviews are coordinated following the athletic event and can be conducted on the fields/court or outside the locker rooms following a cool down period. Special accommodations will be made for post-season interviews with media personnel, based on the competition.

Photo Policy
Trinity does require that you obtain a sideline media pass to shoot any athletic even held at the College. Please contact the Office of Athletic Communications at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a sideline media pass. Only professional photographers or prior approved members shooting for Trinity, the visiting school or approved media outlets will be issued a sideline media pass and the College reserves the right to revoke photography privileges based upon sideline conduct during the athletic event.

Social Media Policy
Playing and competing for Trinity College is a privilege, not a right. Student-athletes at Trinity are held in high regard and are considered as role models at the College and in the community. It is imperative that student-athletes represent their teams, College and the community in a positive manner at all times. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Yik Yak and other digital platforms have increased in popularity and are used by student-athletes at Trinity. Participation on such platforms creates both positive appeal and potentially negative consequences. It is important that Trinity student-athletes be aware of these consequences and exercise appropriate caution if they choose to participate.

Television/Radio Policy
If you wish to provide television or radio coverage of an athletic event at Trinity College, please contact the Office of Athletic Communications at least 24 hours prior to the athletic event.
