Trinity Men's Squash Collects Seventh Consecutive NESCAC Championship Title

Hartford, Conn. - Sophomore Moustafa Hamada (Alexandria, Va.) allowed just seven points in a 3-0 win in the No. 7 position to lead the Trinity College Bantams to an 8-1 victory over the visiting Williams College Ephs in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Squash Championship Finals at Kellner Center this afternoon.  Trinity, seeded No. 1 in the tournament and ranked No. 2 in the nation, improves to 14-0 and collects its seventh consecutive NESCAC title and extends its winning streak at home to 156 matches.

Trinity won by 3-0 scores in seven matches, senior Nicholas Marks (Portland, Oregon) earned the Williams point with a 3-2 win at the No. 2 post over Bantam sophomore Miled Zarazua (Mexico City, Mexico).  No. 3-seeded Bates downed No. 4-seeded Middlebury, 7-2, in the third-place match.
