MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - Sophomore
Marissa Lopez-Ona (Philadelphia, Pa.) posted a relays win and finished among the top four in two individual breaststroke races to lead the Trinity College Bantams to fifth place in the team standings in the Connecticut Cup women's swimming and diving meet this afternoon at Wesleyan University. Trinity totaled 331 points, just 29 shy of fourth-place Connecticut College, while Coast Guard won the team title with 513 points.

Madeline Wambach (Boston, Mass.) opened the day with a winning time of 1:49.60 in the 200-yard medley relay. Lopez-Ona followed up with a third-place time of 32.06 in the 50-yard breaststroke, .39 seconds faster than senior teammate
Serena Ly (Newton, Mass.) in fifth place. Wambach added a second-place time of 58.82 in the 100-yard butterfly and Lopez-Ona was also fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke at 1:09.57. Olivia Ramos (Weston, Mass.) registered Trinity's top diving performance with a sixth-place score of 152.50 off the three-meter board.
