Wayland, Mass. - Senior Blake Carrick (Orland Park, Ill.) fired a 72 to take medalist honors and lead the Trinity College Bantams to a first-place team score of 301 in a men's golf tri-match at Sandy Burr Country Club.  Carrick led the field by two strokes, while sophomores Max Edminster (Takoma Park, Md.) and Nicholas Li (Vancouver, British Columbia) were tied for third at 75 apiece for the Bantams.  Trinity bested the host Tufts University Jumbos by two strokes and the Amherst College Mammoths were third with a team tally of 347.  Trinity senior captain Ricardo Leme (Lake Villa, Ill.) and first-year Jack Godin (Wilbraham, Mass.) each fired a 79 and junior Maahin Gulati (Weston, Mass.) added an 83.  Trinity wil compete in the University of Hartford Invitational tomorrow.
