Trinity College Athletics permits the rental and use of its facilities. If you are interested in renting any of Trinity College's athletic facilities please fill out the Trinity College Athletics Facility Rental Request Form and submit the form along with the appropriate certificate of insurance to athleticfacilityrentals@trincoll.edu.
The following applies to all rentals unless notified in writing by an athletics administrative representative.
- All rentals require signed contracts by the inquiring party and the college.
- All requests are based on college, departmental, and facility availability.
- All NCAA, NESCAC and Trinity College regulations apply.
- Proof of Insurance is REQUIRED for ALL rentals with the following information:
- $1,000,000 for each Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate
- The certificate holder name: Trustees of Trinity College, 300 Summit Street, Hartford, CT 06106, C/O Trinity College Athletics.
- The insurance certificate must be valid during the entire rental period.
