Williamstown, Mass. - Trinity College handed the Williams College Ephs a 5-2 defeat in match play, as the Bantams prepped for tomorrow's New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Golf Championship #1 with a dual event at Taconic Golf Club.  Bantam senior captain Ricardo Leme (Lake Villa, Ill.) won at the No. 1 spot in the lineup, and Julian Detmer won for Williams at No. 2 over Trinity's Blake Carrick (Orland Park, Ill.).  Trinity rattled off wins at No.'s 3 thru 6 to earn the victory.  Trinity junior Maahin Gulati (Weston, Mass.), sophomores Max Edminster (Takoma Park, Md.) and Nicholas Li (Vancouver, British Columbia), and first-year Jack Godin (Wilbraham, Mass.) collected the other Bantam points.  Williams' JImmy Farrell beat Trinity junior Jacob Steckler (Barrington, R.I.) at the bottom of thr seven-person lineup.
