WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — At 133, Adam Schaeublin (Salem, Mass.) wins his first duals meet for the Trinity College wrestling team at the Williams College duals meet on Friday. The Bantams attempted a rally with a win by Anders Klass (Braintree, Mass.) at 197 but eventual fell 30-13 against the Ephs. Trinity competes again in the new year with Ursinus College on January 9.

Williams opened the meet with a trio of wins at 165, 174 and 184 before Klass defeated Elias Chen to put Trinity on the board. A takedown by Klass followed by back-to-back exposures and an escape capped off the senior's 7-3 win. Trinity secured back-to-back wins after Timothy Glynn's (West Windsor, N.J.) three reversals and control of riding time tallied another three points for the visitors at 285. The Ephs snatched the next bout at 125 before Schaeublin recorded four points highlighted by four takedowns against Donnie Morton. The home team went up by 14 points with a Williams pin before Chris Perry's (Mohegan Lake, N.Y.) narrow 4-3 win over Caleb Seyfried. A takedown by the sophomore takes a 2-0 lead then Seyfriend's back-to-back escapes knotted the bout at two a piece. Perry's reversal topped the victory before Peter Kane's pin at 157 concluded the meet at 30-13.
