HARTFORD, Conn. - Junior tri-captain
Julius Benthin (Norderstedt, Germany) allowed just 10 total points in the third spot in the lineup to lead the Trinity College Bantams to an 8-1 win over the Bowdoin College Polar Bears in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Squash Championship finals this afternoon at Kellner Center. Trinity, ranked No. 3 in the nation and seeded No. 1 in the tournament, improves to 14-2. No. 3-seeded Bowdoin falls to 8-7. Trinity has won all 15 NESCAC titles in the event's history, while the Polar Bears were appearing in their first NESCAC finals.
