CLINTON, N.Y. - The visiting Trinity College Bantams dropped a 6-3 decision against the Hamilton College Continentals in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women's tennis action this afternoon at Margaret Bundy Scott Field House.  Trinity improves to 5-7 overall and 1-6 in the NESCAC with its fifth consecutive setback.  Hamilton improves to 6-5 overall and 2-5 in the league with its first win in five matches.

Trinity trailed, 2-1, after doubles play with an 8-3 win by senior co-captain Ashley Walker (New Canaan, Conn.) and first-year Ella Baker ().  Bantam sophomore Josephine Kimball (New York, N.Y.) won in straight sets at second singles and sophomore Angelina Shyltsyna (Odessa, Ukraine) pulled out a clutch victory, 7-6 (2), 6-1 at third singles.  Hamilton won an 8-5 match at first doubles and Sarah Bargamian eked out an important 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 triumph over Bantam rookie Kennedy White () at the bottom of the singles ladder.
