HARTFORD, Conn. – The Trinity College women's tennis team fell to Bates College, 8-1 on Sunday in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) play. The Bantams drop to 5-4 and 0-3 in the conference while Bates improves to 4-5 (2-2 NESCAC). Trinity hosts Endicott College Thursday at 3 p.m. Sophomore Angelina Shyltsyna (Odessa, Ukraine) was the sole Bantams to earn a win on the day, defeating Bate's Ally Friedman, 8-3 in the No. 3 slot.
