Trinity Men's Tennis Clinches Post-Season Berth With Win At Connecticut College

NEW LONDON, Conn. - The visiting Trinity College Bantams earned a 7-2 win over the Connecticut College Camels in their final New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's tennis match of the 2021-22 regular season, clinching its first appearance in the post-season since 2015 with the pivotal victory.  Senior tri-captains Ross DeRose (Buffalo, N.Y.) and Dylan Powell (Warwick, Bermuda) teamed up for an 8-5 win at first doubles, while sophomore Henry Bilicic (Del Mar, Calif.) and first-year Jack Ginter (Phoenixville, Pa.) did the same at second doubles on a tiebreaker to give the Bantams a 2-1 lead after doubles play.  All four also won in singles, along with Trinity senior tri-captain Charles Kilborn (Winnetka, Ill.).
