SPRINGFIELD, Mass. —
Travis Martin (New Haven, Conn.) graced the top in the 5000m with a time of 12.19.90 on th final day of the New England Small College hosted by Springfield College om Saturday. The Bantam compete in the New England Open Championships on May 12-13.
Nolan McKenna (Boston, Mass.) claimed fourth in the 400m with a time of 48.84, while
Kai Bailin (Shutesbury, Mass.) clocked in at second in the 400m hurdles at 54.24.
Ethan Wilkie (Ellington, Conn.) sealed second in shot put with a 16.62m heave and 44.38m in the discus for fifth.
Zuri Johnson (Powder Springs, Ga.) placed sixth in the 400m with a time 49.09 in the 400m. Foursome of
Connor Quiet (Falmouth, Maine) Johnson,
Terrence Bogan (Wallingford, Conn.) and
Enzi Dabner-Teacher (Tarrytown, N.Y.) earned sixth in the 4x100 with a time of 42.97, while McKenna, Johnson, Bailin and
Larson Sippel (Northampton, Mass.) garnered third with a time of 3:21.13 in the 4x400m relay.
At the New England Division III Championships hosted by Springfield College, Wilkie secured fifth in the hammer with a 51.94m heave for the Trinity College men's track & field team on Friday. The Bantams compete in the final day on Saturday with the first event starting at 10 a.m.
