SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Trinity College Men's Golf squad finished in a tie at seventh overall on the team leaderboard at a rain-shortened Skidmore Invitational, hosted by Skidmore College at Saratoga Spring Spa State Park Golf Course Saturday and Sunday. Due to rain and cold conditions, the second round of play on Sunday was canceled.
 
The Bantams carded a team score of 310, finishing 12 strokes back of event winner St. Lawrence University (298). Williams College, Skidmore and Tufts finished tied in 2
nd with a 302, followed Hamilton (305), Farmingdale State (307), and Trinity and Rensselaer in seventh.
 
First-year 
Charlie Mullin led the Bantams with a team-low 75 (+3) to finish eighth overall on the individual leaderboard. First-year 
Aidan Monahan was one stroke back in 15
th, while senior Ben Boyd fired a 78 to take a share of 37
th. Sophomore 
Thomas Chalfant registered an 81 for a tie at 63
rd, and junior 
Spencer Korona posted an 82 for a share of 74
th overall.
 
The Bantams will be back on the links when they travel to the Sap Bucket Invitational, hosted by Middlebury College at Ekwanok Country Club Tuesday afternoon.
