Grattan, Wilkie Earn All-American Status at NCAA Division III National Championships

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Seniors Gabriella Grattan (Brockton, Mass.) and Ethan Wilkie (Ellington, Conn.) were named to NCAA Division III Track and Field All-American Second Team following their events at the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium Friday afternoon.
 
Grattan earned Second Team honors after a 13th-place finish in the women's high jump event. Grattan cleared the 1.58 meter and 1.63 meter on her first jumps before finishing at the 1.68 mark after three attempts. Grattan takes home her third career outdoor All-American selections in the high jump after a seventh-place finish in 2023 and an eighth-place finish in 2022. Grattan is the sixth Bantam in Track & Field program since 2001 to achieve All-American status three times. The senior retires as a four time All-American after her senior indoor season 6th place finish at the NCAA DIII Indoor Track and Field Championship.
 
Wilkie was placed on the Second Team after finishing 16th in the men's shot put event. Wilkie registered distances of 14.88, 15.82 and 15.86 across three throws. Wilkie joined Grattan as a four-time All-American, adding First Team honors for 2024 indoor season as well as in 2023 and 2022 with seventh-place finishes.
 
Senior Kennedy Mullen (Wilder, Vt.) qualified for the Women's 400-meter dash at the National Championships and finished 17th in the preliminaries with a time of 57.04. Mullen also capped her senior indoor season off as a second team All-American.

All three Bantams are indoor and outdoor school record holders in each of their respective events!
