HARTFORD, Conn. – The Trinity College Wrestling squad fell to visiting New York University, 24-18, in a dual at Oosting Gymnasium Friday night. Prior to the match, the Trinity Wrestling program honored their departing class of 2025: Dylan Sofield, Aidan Hebert and Chris Perry.
 
The Bantams grabbed three straights wins by decision from sophomore Alexander Schaeublin, junior Matthew Carrozza and first-year Ty Trickle. Perry logged a pinfall victory over Nicholas Kruczynski, and then first-year Emre Sensoy grabbed a win by decision at 285 to close out the Bantams scoring.
 
The Bantams will be back on the mats for their season finale at the New England Wrestling Association Futures Tournament on Sunday.
