GREENSBORO, NC - Sophomore Charlotte Murphree, a Trinity College Women's Swimming and Diving member, represented the Bantams at the 2025 NCAA DIII Women's Swimming and Diving Championships (Mar. 19-22nd).

Murphree was invited in the 200 breaststroke, thanks to her qualifying time of 1:03.85 set at the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship Meet at Colby in February. Murphree is the third Trinity women's swimmer to be invited to the NCAA meet and the first swimmer under Coach Hannah Hagy. The last swimmer to attend for Trinity was Madeline Wambach in 2022.

Murphree finished 47th overall in the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 2:10.63, moving up from her 55th seed placement. On day three of the meet, the Bantams sophomore competed in the 100 breaststroke, logging a best time and breaking her own school record with a time of 1:03.97. Murphree finished 22nd overall, jumping up from her 31st seeded entry.

In Murphree's qualifying meet event, the 200 breaststroke, she achieved her highest finish of 17th place overall, marking history with the highest placement for Trinity in over 40 years.
