PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – The fourth-ranked Trinity College Men's Squash team fell to top-ranked University of Pennsylvania, 9-0, in the semifinals of the College Squash Association National Championships Saturday afternoon.
Joachim Chuah battled to a 3-2 loss at the top of the ladder, followed by a trio of 3-0 defeats to Benedek Takacs, Low Wa-Sern, and Mateo Restrepo at #2-4. First-year Huzaifa Ibrahim fought to a 3-2 defeat in the #5 spot, while Daniel Simon and Dmytro Shcherbakov took 3-0 losses at sixth and seventh, respectively. Marawan ElBorolossy fell 3-1 in the eighth slot, and Danial Izham took a 3-1 defeat to round out the Bantams field.
The Bantams wrap the 2024-25 campaign with a 13-4 record and their 18th straight New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship.
