HADLEY, Mass. – Trinity College Softball senior
Taylor Mikolajczak (Johns Creek, Ga.) was named a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Softball First Team All-Conference selection, announced by the league office Wednesday.

Mikolajczak departs the Trinity Softball program as one of the most decorated players in program history. Mikolajczak becomes the second player in program history to receive four All-Conference selections, and the first player in program history to receive four First Team nods. Mikolajczak is the program's all-time leader in at-bats (450), hits (185) and stolen bases (81), while ranking second in games played (135), games started (135), batting average (.411), runs scored (123), triples (11), and walks (53). Mikolajczak is fifth all-time in on-base percentage (.476) and total bases (240); seventh in slugging percentage (.571) and doubles (26); and tenth in runs batted in (68). As a junior, Mikolajczak set the single-season records for games played (38), games started (38), at-bats (129), runs scored (41), hits (57), doubles (9) and stolen bases (25) en route to Trinity's first NESCAC Championship game appearance since 2007. Mikolajczak garnered NFCA Division III All-Region First Team status twice, becoming the fourth player in program history and first since 2007, and the 2022 NESCAC Rookie of the Year award, the first Rookie of the Year recipient in program history. In the classroom, Mikolajczak was a three-time NESCAC Academic All-Conference selection, and a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree.
