A New Era of Wellness, Athletics, and Opportunity at Trinity College
The Scully Center—named in honor of Marlynn V. and William P. Scully '61, H'18—is the centerpiece of Trinity College's vision for holistic student well-being. This transformative expansion of the Ferris Athletic Center blends wellness and fitness facilities with dynamic spaces for varsity, club, and recreational sports, supporting the mind, body, and spirit of every Bantam. With a focus on community-building and student success, the Scully Center stands as a testament to leadership, philanthropy, and the power of sport to enrich campus life.
Anchoring the new facilities is the state-of-the-art Kovas Squash Center, designed to elevate both athlete and spectator experiences with seven world-class courts. The second floor boasts magnificent views from the Claire Slaughter Joyce Champions Terrace and features thoughtfully designed meeting rooms and coaches' offices—spaces that foster collaboration, mentorship, and leadership development. In addition, the center will include ample seating and gathering spaces where students can come together in a vibrant, healthy environment that supports wellness, connection, and community.

The Scully Center Cardio Room is scheduled to open on June 30, 2025. The building can be accessed by the Trinity Community with their Trinity ID.
