HARTFORD, Conn. – The Trinity College Wrestling team battled across a trio of matches against visiting Johnson & Wales University, Worcester Poly, and Roger Williams during a quad match hosted at the Trinity College Field House Saturday afternoon.
 
What Happened:

• The Bantams went 0-3 on the day, falling to the Wildcats (44-6) before by edged out by the Hawks (24-19) and the Engineers (25-23).
• Ty Trickle led Trinity with a 3-0 record, including a major decision win (8-0) and technical fall victory (15-0)
• Matthew Carrozza and Andrew Pratt both picked up wins in matches against Roger Williams and WPI, while Luke Hutton, Alexander Schaeublin, Drew Stankevich, and Emre Sensoy each added a victory on the day.

 
 
Up Next:

• The Bantams will be back on the mats when they travel to Johnson & Wales University for the 2026 New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) Duals Championship in Providence on Sunday, January 25 beginning at 9:30 a.m.
