SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Trinity College Men's Track and Field team logged one first-place finish amongst seven top-five finishes, at the Massasoit Classic, hosted by Springfield College, over the weekend.
 
What Happened:

• Donovan Koukal-Kollie won the triple jump event with a distance of 14.00 meters.
• Elijah Mendese finished second in the high jump (1.92m), while Liam Kelly took second in the 400 meter dash at 51.01 seconds.
• The 4x400 meter relay team of Peter DiStasio, Zuri Johnson, Luke Weiler, and Charlie Young placed second overall with a time of 3:34.90.
• Pete Passaro finished fourth in the shot put (13.25m) and seventh in the weight throw (13.94m), Andrew Petropulos was fourth in the one mile run at 4:39.92, DiStasio took fifth in the 60 meter dash (7.18), and Young placed seventh in the 200 meter run (23.52)
