GORHAM, Maine – The Trinity College Wrestling squad grabbed a pair of victories at the University of Southern Maine quad Saturday afternoon. The Bantams posted a 24-14 victory over the host Huskies, along with a decisive 58-0 win over Plymouth State. Trinity fell to Western New England, 26-13, in their opening match of the day.
 
What Happened:

• Alexander Schaeublin posted a 3-0 record at 125, grabbing victories by decision (9-2), technical fall (21-6) and pinfall (1:00).
• At 141, Ty Trickle notched wins by major decision (16-2) and pinfall (2:46), while Drew Pratt tallied wins by decision (4-1) and technical fall (17-0) at 149.
• Durkin Stankevich and Chase Ledbury each recorded a win by decision and forfeit, while Tucker Vician and Emre Sensoy went 2-0 apiece with a pinfall victory.
• Nicholas Ebrahimi registered a pinfall win (1:53) at 285, while Matthew Carrozza, Liam Holden and Luke Hutton each nabbed forfeit victories.
