Najjar, Bilodeau Claim All-NESCAC Status at Conference Championships

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Trinity College Women's Track and Field team finished eighth overall with ten top-10 finishes, including two All-Conference performances, at the 2026 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Track and Field Championships, hosted by Williams College over the weekend.
 
What Happened:
  • Jenna Najjar earned All-NESCAC honors with a second-place finish in the 400-meter dash, posting a personal-record time of 56.51, the third-fastest time in program history in the event.
  • Haley Bilodeau took All-NESCAC recognition in the 400-meter hurdles, placing third with a time of 1:02.47, setting a new school record. Bilodeau added a tenth-place finish in the javelin with a toss of 32.39 meters.
  • Olivia Carney just missed All-Conference status in the 200-meter dash, grabbing fourth with a time of 24.92. During prelims, Carney set a new school record at 24.73. Carney took sixth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.28.
  • Amaya Pendleton and Gabrieanne Chery were just shy of the podium as well, both placing fourth in their respective events. Pendleton set a new personal best in the hammer throw with a toss of 48.27 meters, while Chery logged a mark of 1.58 meters in the high jump.
  • In the relay events, the 4x400 team of Hope Jackson, Najjar, Carney and Bilodeau finished fourth with a time of 3:52.77, posting the second-fastest time in program history. The 4x100 team of Jackson, Najjar, Brooke Scott and Carney took fifth, setting a new school record with a time of 47.75. The 4x800 squad of Nora Butterly, Ava Del Vescovo, Anna Sorensen and Paige Orr finished tenth with a time of 9:57.20
