AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23: Helped get first place in the 200-yard medley relay against Babson...Won the 100 yard breaststroke (1:08.55), the 200-yard breaststroke (2:27.44), and the 200-yard IM (2:15.65) against Babson. 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021-22: Scored at the NESCAC Championship Meet for her 15th-place finish in the 50-yard breaststroke, her 21st-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke, her 12th-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke and as a member of Trinity's eighth-place 400-yard medley relay...set a new Trinity record time for the 200-yard breaststroke (2:23.77)...posted Trinity's second-fastest, all-time top time in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.04) and fourth-fastest in the 200-yard individual medley (2:10.73), ...won the 100-yard breaststroke against Babson, the 200-yard backstroke in the Connecticut Cup at Wesleyan, and the 200-yard breaststroke against Wesleyan.

BEFORE TRINITY: Swam for a high school team that won two Eastern Championships finished second once.

PERSONAL: Majoring in political science with a minor in writing, rhetoric and media studies...daughter of Anthony Lopez-Ona and Kim Fischer...sister, Gabriella Lopez-Ona, swims at Williams College.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: Trinity was the place that I could succeed and be challenged both academically and athletically.
