AS A SENIOR IN 2022-23: Tri-captain.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2021-22: Scored at the NESCAC Championship Meet for her 24th-place finish in the 50-yard breaststroke...posted Trinity's ninth-fastest, all-time top time in the 50-yard backstroke (31.90) and tenth-fastest in the 100-yard backstroke (1:09.92). 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020-21: NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

AS A ROOKIE IN 2019-20: Won the 50-yard freestyle against Clark and the 200-yard freestyle against St. Joseph (Conn.)...swam Trinity's seventh-fastest, all-time top time in the 100-yard IM (1:04.42).

BEFORE TRINITY: Two-time team sportsmanship award recipient and an all-conference honoree in high school...holds her high school record in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

PERSONAL: Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society in 2022...earned Faculty Honors in the fall of 2019...member of Trinity's Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in 2020-21...member of student government in high school...received an award in high school and a seal of biliteracy in Spanish in high school...volunteers with the Wilton Education Foundation...coaches swimming and gives swimming lessons to school-age children and children with disabilities...majoring in neuroscience and economics...daughter of Debby and Scott Rowland...
