Biography
AS A ROOKIE IN 21-22: Posted Trinity's fastest time of the season in the 55-meter dash (6.30)...won the 55-meter dash in the Beat the Blizzard Indoor Meet at Coast Guard.
BEFORE TRINITY: School athlete of the year, area athlete of the year, and State athlete of the year in high school...two-time State Champion and a New England Champion in the 100-meter run...personal best times of 10.79 in the 100-meter dash and 22.3 in the 200-meter dash...also starred scholastically in football.
PERSONAL: Also played football for the Bantams...volunteers as a musical theater and acting coach, a football coach, and a marching band manager...three-time Connecticut Halo Award-winning actor...won Broadway's Next on Stage National Competition...dances, sings, and plays clarinet...would like to attend medical school and/or perform on Broadway...majoring in theater and dance...son of Tyrell and Timeka Knighton.
WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I felt welcomed on Trinity's campus, and really loved the energy. Also, I have followed the football team for awhile, and I really love the atmosphere that the coaches have created.
