BEFORE TRINITY: Played No. 1 in the lineup all four years for her high school team...won five national individual titles and two national team titles playing with the Squash Educational Alliances (SEA) High Performance Team since 2015...participated in StreetSquash Youth Enrichment Program since 2013...ranked No. 55 nationally in US Squash in high school...was ranked No. 47 in the US Squash U-15 age group and No. 43 in the US Squash U-17 age group...also participated in track and field in high school.

PERSONAL: Received awards for perfect attendance and essay-writing (twice) with her Urban Squash Club...Mentors middle-school students and gives tours to visitors for the Streetsquash program...President of an anti-bullying club...volunteers with Meals on Wheels...enjoys dancing to Afro-beats and crocheting...majoring in International Studies...daughter of Eugenie Sapim and Soumaila Bakayoko.
