AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23: Returning starter...No. 4 in the region at 174 pounds in NWCA Division III Pre-Season Rankings.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021-22: 3rd on team in wins, winning percentage, and pins...went 2-1 at the NEWA Duals Championships...NEWA All-Academic Team....NESCAC All-Academic Team.

BEFORE TRINITY: Team most improved player and hardest worker award recipient, Academic All-American, Lowell-Holiday and State Champion for his high school team went 10-0 in their league and 31-3-1 in his senior season...won over 100 career matches and was 45-5 individually as a senior in high school...also competed in track and field in high school.

PERSONAL: New England Wrestling Schools Principals’ Associations and Vermont Principal's Association award...plays ukulele and piano...O.S.H.A. certified construction worker...would like to attend graduate school...majoring in psychology...son of Nancy and E. Scott Frost.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I saw an excellent, smaller community of hard-working, academic and sociable people that stood out among any other school I had visited. The campus alone is incredible and worthy of being called a home-away-from-home. Additionally, the wrestling team and Coach Amato seemed to be exactly what I was looking for in terms of personality through the athletes and a drive to be successful.
