Biography
AS A JUNIOR IN 2023: Ran the second fastest time of 17:28.7 for Trinity at the Bantam Invitational placing 11th overall… At the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional Championship logged his fastest 8k with a time of 25:54.1 finishing 48th overall.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022: Made the Fall NESCAC All-Academic Team.
AS A ROOKIE IN 2021: Posted a season-best time of 26:29.10 over 6,000 meters at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational.
BEFORE TRINITY: Played for a high school team that won a Western Massachusetts title and finished as a State Runner-up... also starred scholastically in soccer.
PERSONAL: Volunteers for a local youth track and field league..enjoys running and film making...majoring in mechanical engineering...son of Stephanie Pasternak and Tom Sippel...has 17 first cousins on his father's side.
WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I chose Trinity because of the campus, academics, and the team.
