Trinity College

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24): 1V (2024) finished 3rd at Knecht Cup, and NERC, and 4th at DIII IRA Regatta. Named to the 2024 NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.

AS A ROOKIE (2022-23): Summer 2023 competed in England for the Salisbury Boat Club: Competed at Henley Royal Regatta, Reading Town Regatta, and Marlow Regatta in the coxless four. Reading Regatta Champions, set the course record in the 4- event. 2V (2023) finished 3rd at NERC, NIRC, and DIII IRA Regatta.

BEFORE TRINITY: Attended Salisbury School (Salisbury, Conn.)... Three-Sport Varsity Athlete: Cross Country, Ice Hockey (Goaltender; NEPSAC Champions 2022), Varsity Crew (Captain)

PERSONAL: Enjoys bass fishing and photography...son of John and Duff Lambros.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I chose Trinity because of how unique and well-rounded the school is. The academics are elite, the athletics are highly competitive and there is a strong sense of community. It is important to live a balanced life and here at Trinity, you have that balance between rigorous academics and athletics!
