AS A FIRST-YEAR IN 2016-17: Set a lifetime best in the 50-yard backstroke at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 27.26.
BEFORE TRINITY: Also starred scholastically in water polo.
PERSONAL: Enjoys playing the bass and surfing...majoring in anthropology and environmental science...son of Stewart and Laura Sweeney.
