Biography

AS A SENIOR IN 2017-18: Co-captain.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2014-15: Rowed the No. 3 seat for the bronze-medal winning second varsity eight at the NCAA Division III National Championships...also rowed the No. 7 seat for the second varsity eight that finished third and won a bronze medal at the ECAC National Invitational Collegiate Regatta.

BEFORE TRINITY: Two-year captain, team MVP, and scholar-athlete award recipient for her two-time undefeated State Champion (4's) high school team that also placed eighth in the Stotesbury Regatt and 8th and 2nd at Nationals...also reached a State Finals with her high school's lightweight 8's...member of the Thompson Boathouse Center Club junior 8 that placed 2nd at the 2012 Head of the Schuylkill and 3rd at the 2013 Head of the Occuquan.

PERSONAL: Earned an award in high school for spirit...has participated in Relay for Life and Best Buddies...majoring in biology with a concentration in cellular/molecular biology and minors in history...daughter of Michelle Hertz and Paul Seckar.
