AS A JUNIOR (2023-24) Added to the Bantams success in their CSA Championship campaign, logging a 3-1 victory in the #9 spot against Cornell in the CSA Howe Cup Quarterfinals, and a 3-1 victory in the #3 spot against Yale in the CSA Howe Cup Semi-finals. Closed her first season at Trinity 5-0.

SOPHOMORE (2022-23 (Drexel)) Second Team MASC…competed in 10 matches for the Dragons…went 6-6 in team play, primarily at the number three position…started the year 4-0.

FIRST YEAR (2021-22 (Drexel)) MASC First Team…set the Drexel single-season record with 18 wins…appeared in 20 matches for the Dragons, going 15-5 in team play, including a 12-4 mark at the number four position…posted an 18-6 record overall with her 3-1 performance at the CSA Individual Championships (3/4-6/22) where she advance to the final of the Holleran South draw…opened her career with seven consecutive victories…also won five matches in a row from February 12 through February 26, picking up points for the Dragons in the Howe Cup quarterfinals against No. 3 Princeton (2/25/22) and No. 2 Trinity (2/26/22).

Background: Attended INS Joaquim Blume…Spanish U19 champion…ranked third on the Spanish national team…also swam and played soccer.

Personal: Daughter of David and Mabel Balzquez…has two brothers, Aleix and Cristian…health science major.
