BEFORE TRINITY: National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American, coaches' award recipient, team MVP, four-time all-league, four-time all-area honoree in high school...Placed in the top 3 for all her races in high school at high school's championship meet...finished among the top three in her high school championship meet in all four years of high school...also starred scholastically in lacrosse.

PERSONAL: Tour guide and yearbook editor and a member of the Mishpuchah Jewish Club in high school...took a service trip to Vietnam in high school...volunteers with the Emergency Relief Association, teaching at an elementary school and as a youth lacrosse coach...has participated in Swim Across America to raise funds for cancer research...enjoys painting, drawing, hiking, and running outdoors...certified lifeguard and swim instructor...would like to pursue a career as an orthodontist or an oral surgeon...majoring in biology...daughter of Joseph and Allison Matson...has a twin sister and two other sisters who are twins...sister, Emily, runs cross country and track for the Bantams.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: The first time I stepped onto campus I had an immediate connection that I haven't experienced from the other schools I visited. Trinity has so much to offer, whether that be in the classroom or in the swimming pool, and I was really looking for that perfect balance between the two. Trinity allows me to get an amazing education following my dreams career-wise and also continue playing a sport at the collegiate level.
