AS A FIRST-YEAR IN 2016-17: Had a career best jump of 4’08.25” in the high jump to place 6th at Conn.

BEFORE TRINITY: Four-time, team MVP, all-academic, all-conference, and an All-State performer in the high jump, javelin, and triple jump for her high school team that was a State Runner-Up...holds high school records in the high jump, hurdles, javelin, and long jump...also starred scholastically in soccer...qualified for the USATF Junior Olympics in the heptathlon.

PERSONAL: Received awards in high school for excellence in civics, English, Spanish...would like to attend medical school...enjoys kayaking...daughter of Pamela and Nathan Carpenter..mother ran cross country and track and father played basketball at Colby...aunt, Jessica Esch, played basketball at the University of Maine.
