Connor Rouse

Connor Rouse will be entering his second year as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for Trinity College in the fall of 2022. Before Trinity, he worked previously in the collegiate, high school, and private sectors of strength and conditioning.

Rouse came to Trinity from Merrimack University where he was a graduate fellow strength and conditioning coach while he was working towards earning his master’s degree in exercise and sport science. He worked directly with baseball, softball, and men’s soccer while also assisting women’s soccer, women’s basketball, men’s and women’s track, and football. He graduated from Merrimack in 2021.

Before Merrimack, Rouse attended Springfield College to earn his bachelor’s degree in applied exercise science. During his time at Springfield, Rouse interned at the College of the Holy Cross and also at Londonderry High School, where he assisted with the implementation of training programs. Rouse graduated from Springfield in 2020. He also gained experience in the private sector at Skill of Strength in Chelmsford, Mass. where he taught group exercise classes.
