Maggie Rorke

Maggie Rorke joined the Trinity College women's lacrosse coaching staff in August 2026 and begins her first season with the Bantams as an assistant coach.

Prior to joining Trinity, Rorke spent the 2025-26 season as an assistant coach at Williams College, where she helped guide the Ephs to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2014 and an Elite Eight run for the first time in over 20 years.

Rorke was a four-year member of the varsity women's lacrosse team at Babson College, where she served as a senior captain and earned Babson's Conlon Award for her leadership, work ethic, and impact on team culture. During her career, Babson secured two NEWMAC Championships in three conference championship appearances, with her senior season cut short in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

After graduating, Rorke began her professional career in tech sales before transitioning into the health and wellness field, becoming a board-certified health coach. She blends her background in performance, mindset, and holistic well-being with her on-field coaching approach.
