Meg Tate enters her first season with the Trinity College Women’s Soccer team for the 2026 season.

Tate joins Trinity after serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Dickinson University for two seasons. During her playing career at Dickinson, Tate served as a two-year captain and helped lead the team to two Centennial Conference (CC) Championship appearances, as well as the NCAA Division III Championship Sweet Sixteen appearance during her freshman campaign.

Tate racked up numerous accolades as at Dickinson, claiming three First-Team All-Centennial selections, three U.S. Soccer Coaches Association Second-Team All-Region selections, the 2022 Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Year, and the 2019 Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year. Tate earned six Centennial Conference Athlete of the Week honors, and owns the fastest goal in Centennial Conference history, scoring 11 seconds into a contest against Bryn Mawr. Tate appeared in 53 games, ranking fifth all-time in career points (92) and career goals (39) with 14 assists. Tate ranks second in goals in a season with 20 during the 2019 campaign, and third in points in a season (44) in 2019.

She completed her collegiate career at Drexel University, where she started 16 of 18 matches during her fifth year with the Dragons. A former captain with experience at both the Division I and Division III levels, Meg brings strong recruiting experience and a passion for developing student-athletes.

A native of Carlisle, PA, Tate attended Carlisle High School and played club soccer for Keystone FC and Eagle FC.
