Michelle Tropeano will begin her 13th academic year as an athletic trainer at Trinity College in 2023-24. A 2008 graduate of Marist College with a bachelor's degree in athletic training, Tropeano works primarily with the Bantam field hockey, men's and women's cross country, women's ice hockey, and men's and women's track and field teams this year. She was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Belmont University for two years, where she earned her master's degree in sport administration and also worked for a year as an athletic trainer at Farleigh Dickinson University prior to arriving at Trinity. Tropeano resides in Bristol.
