The Trinity College women's soccer team hired Corey Holton as an assistant women's soccer coach in the spring of 2022. Holton comes to Trinity from Cheshire Academy, where she also coaches soccer in addition to working in admissions, and was a successful head college coach from 2009 to 2020 at Vassar, Worcester Polytechnic, and Concordia (Texas). Holton earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Elmira College in 2005 and holds a master's degree in sports studies from High Point University. Holton set an all-time record for wins in a season and conference wins as head coach at Concordia (Texas) and went 27-18-7 as head coach at Vassar College, where she guided the Brewers to their first NCAA appearance in 2018. Holton has also been an assistant coach at Greensboro College and the University of Notre Dame where she helped the Irish reach the third round of the NCAA tournament.
