Lewiston, Maine - First-year OH Danielle Isaman
(West Hartford, Conn.) collected team-highs of 19 kills
and 13 digs to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 3-1 win over
the Colby College Mules in New England Small College Athletic
Conference (NESCAC) volleyball action this afternoon at Bates
College.
Trinity improves to 5-2 overall and 2-0 in the NESCAC with
its third win in a row, while the Mules fall to 3-4 overall and 0-2
in the league. Trinity took the first two games, 25-16, and,
25-23, before falling in the third game, 26-24, and winning the
clincher, 25-21. Sophomore MH Kelly O'Brien (Pelham,
N.Y.) added 14 kills and three blocks and classmate
Sarah Blagden (Charleston, S.C.) notched 12 kills
and 10 digs.
