Trinity Volleyball Falls To Middlebury In NESCAC Quarterfinals

Amherst, Mass. - The No. 2-seeded Middlebury College Panthers advanced in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Volleyball Championship with a 3-0 (25-19, 25-14, 25-21) win over the No. 7-seeded Trinity College Bantams this evening in Amherst College's LeFrak Gymnasium.  Trinity closes its season with a 16-8 record, which is its best since2007.  Avenging the 3-2 loss it suffered to Trinity on Oct. 16, Middlebury will be making an appearance in the semifinals of the conference championship for the first time since 2004.
