loss to the visiting Amherst College Lord Jeffs in New England
Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women's tennis action
this afternoon. Trinity falls to 7-4 overall and 4-3 in the
NESCAC, while the No. 3-ranked Lord Jeffs improve to 9-3 overall
and 2-1 in the league. Sophomore Senzo Mauve-Maphisa
(Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) played the most competitive match for Trinity,
taking Amherst's Jennifer Newman to a 7-5 score in the second
set.
