drops to 5-4 overall and 3-3 in the NESCAC with its second one-goal

4-ranked Bowdoin improves to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in the league with
its fifth consecutive victory.
Bowdoin scored early when Katie Riley fed Emily Simonton 1:40
into the contest on the first Polar Bear shot. Bantam sophomore
goalie Sophie Fitzpatrick (Duxbury, Mass.) withstood the next 17
shots against her and made six of her 13 saves in the overtimes
before Finnerty ended the game. Hannah Gartner had four saves for
Bowdoin.
