AMHERST, Mass. - The visiting Trinity College Bantams lost, 3-0, to the Amherst College Mammoths in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's soccer action this evening at Gooding Field.  Trinity closes the year with a 3-11-1 overall record and a 0-9-1 mark in the NESCAC.  Amherst finishes up at 12-2-1 overall and 7-2-1 in the league.  Trinity senior Alistair Matule (Charlestown, Mass.) took the lone shot for the visitors and sophomore Bernardo Simoes (Lisbon, Portugal) made four saves.  German Giamattei had a goal and an assist for the Mammoths.
