HARTFORD, Conn. – The Trinity College women's ice hockey team will host a "Pride Game" on Friday, December 2 when the Bantams take on Hamilton College at 7:30 p.m. at the Koeppel Community Sports Center. Trinity, coached by
Keith Maurice (8th Season), is 3-2 after winning three games over a six-day span last week.
Trinity women's ice hockey team is proud to host its Pride game to celebrate inclusion, belonging, and love. We encourage you to support the Trevor Project, which is the world's largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ young people, through their website or using the QR code found in our social media for today's event. Our partners at the Queer Resource Center will host a table near the front entrance of the rink to answer any questions you may have about the Trevor Project or resources on campus for the LGBTQ community. They will also give out some free Trinity Pride swag, so make sure you stop by and check it out!
For those who wish to donate, the Trinity College women's ice hockey team recommends donating to The Trevor Project which is "the world's largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) young people."
