BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – The Trinity College wrestling team posted a 3-0 sweep on Friday at Bridgewater State University taking down the host school of Bridgewater 26-22 while also besting American International College (33-19) and Rhode Island College (30-21). The Bantams return to action Saturday Feb. 19 when they host both Hunter College and New York University at noon. 
 
Sophomore 133-pounder Donald Ryan and senior 165-pounder Kevin Lyskawa each went 3-0 on the day with both wrestlers earning two pins and one victory by decision. Meanwhile, five Bantams recorded two wins on the day with Timothy Glynn and John O'Brien each picking up triumphs over Bridgewater and AIC while Adam Frost and Anders Klass each defeated their AIC and Rhode Island opponents. First-year Chris Perry won by technical fall over in his match against Bridgewater State and also was awarded a victory via forfeit on the day while classmate Aidan Hebert took down Michael Pestana of Rhode Island College in less than 60 seconds to pick up the win by fall.
